Reset your passwords and use two-factor authentication to enhance your account's security.

Reset Passwords

If you have forgotten your account password, you can always reset your password.

To do this:

  • Click on Forgot password? on the login page
  • Enter your registered email address and click on Send; you will receive the link to reset your password in your inbox
  • Click on the link, enter a new strong password, confirm the password and hit sign in.

You can also reset your password from the app settings.

  • Navigate to Workspace > Settings > Security
  • Click on 'Reset your login password'
  • Enter your old password
  • Enter a new password and confirm it.
  1. Passwords that use alphabets (UPPERCASE & lowercase), numbers, and symbols and are 8-14 characters long are tougher to crack. Enhance your account's security by choosing a strong password.
  2. Use of the last 12 passwords is restricted on password resets. Users cannot use the last 12 passwords.

Two-factor authentication

Add Two-factor authentication (2FA) to secure your account even further.

To set up 2FA:

  • Go to Settings > Security
  • Click on Set up under Two-factor authentication
  • It will open a new page with a QR code
  • Scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the OTP
  • Enter the device name if you want
  • And click on Submit.
  1. Once you start the process, you must finish the 2FA process before you can re-login to your account.
  2. Currently, there is no way to remove 2FA from the app. You can contact support if you need to remove this in any case.
